The food was great. Wife had a veggie burger, mother in law had a gluten free burger, I had regular Winks burger .. all were delicious .. fries were very good and shakes were all delicious! I'll definitely go back. Also it is a Saturday and cars were filteringbin for a car show

Wink's has been renovated and is now open once again. The food and service was excellent!

This is a nice, clean, family friendly restaurant. Took the kids for a late lunch and we were seated promptly by a friendly waitress. We each got burgers: junkyard, mushroom Swiss, and bacon cheeseburgers for the kids. The burgers were juicy and served on soft, slightly sweet buns. The fresh cut fries and potato teezers were awesome. Service was excellent, too. We plan to come back to try the fried chicken and wings.

I love this restaurant! I eat here with my family almost every weekend! The food is great, the people are so friendly, and the atmosphere makes you feel like your in the 50s!

We had a hamburger and a coney dog. Was very good and the price very reasonable. The weekly car shows and bands during the summer are also nice. Barberton has a Studebaker club that is well represented. They have a place to eat inside as well all dressed out like a 50's diner.

In a nutshell, excellent food, very reasonable prices. The menu is really great, covers all the comfort foods, burgers are superb. For Friday and Saturday dinner they have an outstanding ribs special, you won't go away hungry. Casual environment appropriate for everyone. This place is a real value for any meal.

Wow! Wink's is wonderful. They present a classic 50's drive-in feel without going overboard. They have car shows in the summer, and all the cool cars hang out here. Inside dining features the front end of an old Chevy, and the booths have individual juke boxes with a great selection of tunes. They've always been accommodating when we arrive with a big group of kids & parents, and the service is exceptional and friendly. The mushroom Swiss burger and the patty melt are both delicious, and the fries are always good. Friends have enjoyed the fried shrimp dinner with a side of hot rice, and said that the salads are basic, but good. Places like this are getting harder to find. A family restaurant run by a friendly family who really tries hard to make sure your visit is pleasant. It's tucked in the parking lot by the grocery store, and if you don't know to look for it, you might pass right by, so I say drive on in give it a try.

With a retro drive-in feel, this diner/drive-in serves more than gracious portions of American standards. My personal favorite is the "junkyard burger", come in hungery if you want to try this burger. Being from Akron this is a local gem you have to try!
